Preparation Guidelines

Place each card into a new, clean penny sleeve before inserting into a semi-rigid holder (like CardSavers). Avoid top-loaders for grading submissions.
02. Sequential Sorting
Organize your cards in the exact order they appear on your submission packing slip. This ensures faster processing and accuracy in the lab.
03. Secure Bundling
Sandwich your card stack between two pieces of thick cardboard. Secure the cardboard with rubber bands or painter's tape to prevent movement.
04. Boxing & Void Fill
Use a sturdy, new cardboard box. Wrap your bundles in bubble wrap and use packing peanuts or paper to fill any empty space in the box.
